劉傑，男，1981年8月生，工學博士，高級工程師，主要從事油田化學及油藏工程等方面的研究，于2012-2017年在中國石油吉林油田研究院擔任油田開發項目長，主持并完成了中國石油吉林油田公司6個重大專項，榮獲中國石油吉林油田公司科技進步一等獎和二等獎各1項。
